As you can see we had a very full day of cruising, learning a lot more about Gettysburg including a lot of untold personal stories about the battles and the men who fought them, and a terrific lunchand ice cream break too!

For those who made the cruise I'm sure that you're glad you made the trip. For those who could not make the cruise the pictures can only give you a small inkling of how much fun we had.

Scott really a great job of preparing for this event and was like a school teacher educating us on this historic park, which is well worth your time to explore and enjoy on your own.

I do hope that you enjoy the photos from this event and hopefully others will post some of their photos of the cruise.

Cindy and I had a great time on the cruise, our first with MCOM and I've been a member since 2008! I hope to get along to many more events now that I have a job that doesn't require me to travel. Thanks to Scott for being a first class tour guide.

Glad everyone had a great time! The turn out was amazing considering the weather! 30+ cars...60+ people! Thanks for joining us...and thanks for the great photos Steve! O'Rourke's did an amazing job of getting us served and out of there in good time. Actually, truth be told...the ice cream break was due to a wrong turn by Mr. Garmin...but it worked out sweet! I never pass by a good ice cream stop while cruising!

A great day, a great location, and the best people to share it with!!!

Thanks for the compliment on the photos Scott. It is a labor of love!

By the time we reached O'Rourke's my back was giving me fits. I almost called it quits but wanted to finish the tour and complete my photo coverage of the event.

Special thanks to Jenna who helped me trudge up the hill to Little Round Top! I was really struggling to make that hill and Jenna gave me an assist by walking arm in arm to the top.

I was able to rest a bit and finish the tour. I think that going to the top of the tower to take some scenic photos really did a number on my back.

Later this summer I will be having surgery on my back to relieve the pinched nerves causing me my discomfort. I'm trying not to let it ruin my enjoyment with the club.
