Following the Dundalk and Towson Parades, a number of people made their way to Father Lou's House for our July 4th meeting and party.
The turnout was somewhat disappointing based on past attendance. Father Lou and Alice had food and drink to serve over 60 people so it came as a bit of a shock when only about 15 people made it to their house.
Those that did come had a wonderful time and plenty of food, drinks and dessert. We had enough members for a quorum and we held our July meeting.
Our two VP's Rick Hinkle and Father Lou co-chaired the meeting and conducted the club's business.
Everyone gave Jaime, our Treasurer and Parade Coordinator, a big "Thank You!" for all of her efforts in organizing and coordinating the various 4th of July parades.
Here are some of the pictures I took during the meeting. Please excuse Father Lou, who looks like he was relaxing when in truth he was suffering from a medical issue. We all wish him a speedy and full recovery.
Matt was honored as our Member of the Month. Matt continues to support the club in many ways but in recent times he was our club treasurer and handled our merchandise sales. Matt and his lovely wife are pictured as the recipients of this months Member of the Month Award.
