St. Patrick's Day Parade

According to my wife, who has been involved with this parade in the past, it will go on rain or shine. The only thing that will postpone the parade is ice and snow. The latest weather forecast is calling for rain showers in the morning with afternoon sun. Since the parade doesn't start until 2pm, we should be O.K. Sorry some participants had a bad experience last year with the bratty kids and the silly string. Trust me, putting a note in the hand-out flier available to the spectators about not vandalizing other peoples cars with silly string will have no effect. Some people are just plain stupid. If it happens again this year, I think Rick was right to not return next year. Too bad some idiots have to ruin it for everybody. I have a hard-top '06 Gt so will not be driving in the parade but plan on being down to see everyone at the Washington Monument around 12 noon.

Are we still meeting at the park in ride in carney? if so what time? I am planning on going but I hope the rain stops early. Can my wife ride with me in the parade?
