Advance Auto Supply is now carrying a small number of Griot's Garage Detailing products. I have been using Griot's Garage products to professionally detail cars, trucks and SUVs with great results.

Advanced doesn't carry their complete line but enough to help the "do it yourself" car enthusiast. I have not seen any of the Griot's Garage professional polishing tools at Advanced but one could buy them directly from Griot's Garage if they wanted to use these tools for polishing or waxing.

I believe that Advanced Auto Supply is selling the Best of Show Car Wax, Car Wash, Interior Cleaner, Leather Cleaner & Conditioner, Speed Shine which is a quick detailer, Spray Car Wax for quick waxing, Wheel Cleaner and One Step Paint Sealer which is a combination polish-sealant.

In addition they have assorted micro fiber towels, sponges, applicators, and other detailing accessories on a dedicated Griot's Garage display stand.

Griot's Garage products are a bit pricey compared to the usual car care products you would find at their store but worth it if you really want your car to look it's best.

The more I use their products the more I like them!

I use their Best of Show wax and Speed Shine on the GSP. Brian just picked up some Speed Shine from Advance yesterday and it's the same price as in their catalog.

From what I've seen so far from my local Advance Auto Store all of the Griot's products are priced exactly as in their catalog. The convenience of buying it locally is nice but the selection is still very limited.

I love the Speed Shine and actually prefer the Paint Sealant over the Best of Show Car Wax as it is easier to apply and take off. To be honest I probably used too much product on my car which made it hard to take off. In this case a little does go a long way!

Thanks for the tip on Griot's Garage products.

I was wondering if you had any preference in choosing microfiber towels. I know that Griot's carry them, but EBAY offers quite a bit of them at varying prices.

Also, do you recommend the 3 inch or the 6 inch orbiter?
