Mustang Club of Maryland

I'm not sure if the club has a service that is used for food/catering for the events already established, but I have a friend, Ed, who owns his own catering business and would be very happy to provide his services at events. He has catered events and shows in the past and is very willing to work with the club if we're interested.

I wanted to know if we, #1: Already work with a service? And #2: If the club would be interested in possibly utilizing his services? let me know if this is a possibility. Ed is willing to meet with us at the next club meeting if we are interested in pursuing. If we already have a service in place or do not feel the need to pursue this, I understand and no hard feelings.

That's a good idea if we have a show and need someone. However, all the shows we do already have food services there. The Hamilton Show is a street festival and they have vendors. The Jacksonville Show will have the Fire Department selling Pit Beef. The Reisterstown Show has food as well but I'm not sure if we are in charge of getting them or not. I remember one year Sandy Robinson (club member and organizer of the Reistertown Show) had trouble finding someone. But I wasn't sure if she was acting on behalf of the club or Reisterstown.
