Hello fellow Mustang enthusiasts and owners; I am very happy to be a new member of Mustang Club of Maryland and look forward to going to my first meeting. I guess I'll describe my Mustang: 1989 5.0 GT Convertible, scarlet red, black top with white interior. I’ve owned the car for 20 years and a month and am the third owner of the vehicle. I purchased it with 49K miles on the odometer; now the odometer reads 371K miles. I had a new interior installed in 2003 and a restoration of the body in 2009 (approx 340K miles). Less than two months after the restoration, the car was hit from behind and declared totaled. The car is solid with no rust, though now it now has salvage title and has been on a frame machine. It's on the road, but doesn't look to pretty and needs restoration again. |

Thanks guys, btw check out the pics; the car looks fine from the driver's side front... -the back is now primered and needless to say has a new quarter panel donated from an '87 vert. Work in progress-
