I built some torque box renforcements. also had some plates welded in. A bit overkill for a 300 Hp car. I will see if I can find some other pictures of the top plates, torque box plates and the installation. Let us know if it is the top of bottom boxes.

If those are Southside bars(the ones in the pic aren't stock), they are notorious for ripping the boxes out. That thing has taken a beating.  I parted a car out years ago that the left rear wheel was rubbing the back of the wheelwell it was ripped up so bad...

I would bet it can be fixed. I do not know how much it will cost. Defiantly find a welder you trust. I will ask my local chassis shop how much they think it will cost. |

ok so got it all apart and is worse then i thought! they were after market control arms a they did a number on my boxes..... i had to cut the bolts out of them and all its a mess...... so im going to buy http://www.wildridesracecars.com/store/ ... 249&page=1 them next week! |
