Post subject: | Help!! mustang died |
I just purchased a 92 hatch with a 306, ported canfield heads, ported cobra intake, 24 lb injectors and a comp cam magnum cam with .560 lift on intake and .574 lift on exhaust. The car idled for about 8 minutes this morning and then just died. Couldn't get it to start after it died. Does anyone know if a cam this big will flood the engine after idleing that long? any help is appreciated. |

Or the alt is bad and not charging, and the draw killed the battery. |

The MSD boxed do suck up the voltage. It is very possible with under drive pulleys and low amp alt the MSD needed more energy that was being produced. John |
