Maybe instead of being so hard over the organizors can allow both but have a select distance for classic and say 20 plus and newer cars so that everyone is represented fairly and yet allows everyone to mingle and enjoy a true American hobby and love? I mean it may be easier said than done and those cars older than say 30 plus year old are owned guys in my age bracket (mid-life plus) and tolerance of others may not be so open??
And you know the best part of our country is if you don't like it you can go elsewhere and as long as folks are in compliance with local laws and ain't trashing a joint out then masses can gather.
But when in doubt I say grab some scratch
