Well folks since getting my 2002 Mustang in 2008 I have been working on bringing the car back to a better than new condition.
Since 2008 I have added new American Muscle Cobra R Wheels, American Muscle Cold Air Intake, a Dyna Max Cat Back Dual Exhaust system, new Head Lights, a set of White Faced Gauges and Billet Shift handle for the automatic transmission.
Last year I tackled the body work and paint issues with a super OEM paint job by MAACO.
This year so far I have asked Bob Thompson to raise my tailpipes to keep them from scraping the driveway and added a G-Force Computer Chip to help with better performance and gas mileage.
I really wanted to recover my cloth seats (with cigarette burn holes in them) to leather but the cost was prohibitive. After studying a number of other alternatives I decided to cover the seats with custom fitted Neoprene Seat Covers. They come in many color combination's so I chose a deep blue stripe with black trim. These should accent my True Blue exterior color nicely.
I'm hoping to be able to install them this weekend. I have been suffering from Bursitis in my left hip and the doctor said to rest it completely. It is now pretty much back to normal so I plan to give it a try this weekend.
