Here are some pics. Its a work in progress. Lowering springs, speedster cover and style bar are coming in the near future but unfortunately not before cruise week. Question. I want to lower the car and put new rims and tires on it. I think I'm going to stick with the 17's that came on it but here's the problem. The rear tires would be P315/35/R17 and the fronts would be P255/40/R17. Would the difference in sidewall size look stupid or weird? I would keep the original size on the front which is P245/45/R17 but I'm afraid the sidewall difference between the 45's and the 35's would look way to different. Anyone know if the difference is noticeable?

P315: 35% of 315mm is 110mm sidewall height P255: 40% of 255mm is 102mm sidewall height P245: 45% of 245mm is 110mm sidewall height Maximum difference is 8mm that makes round about slightly less than 3/8" The P315 and the P245 should have the same height. Does that help? Or do I have a mistake in my calculation? Norman |

One upgrade that will immediately get you noticed would be to add MCOM license plates! Midnight Blue MCOM Historian |
