yes, its lots of fun...
it involves drilling three holes, fishing the motor out through a hole in the door, cutting your hands on sharp sheet metal....
roll the window up first. pull off the door panel, and around the window motor should be three dimples, aligned with the bolts that hold the motor to the regulator. Use a 1/2" hole saw and cut open those three holes. You can then access the bolt heads with a socket (5/16 I think). Remove the bolts and remove the motor thru one of the larger openings in the door shell. You will cut up your hands a bit. insert the new motor, align the gears first, then twist to align the bolts, reinstall the bolts, plug in the motor, and you're done.
