First of all buy the performance gasket kit from Ford Racing! I would buy a new spider brace for the lifter valley underneath the intake. I don't know if you need a crank spacer or not, I did for the 347. Buy a good set of roller rockers and make sure the valve springs are good enough lift wise for the cam. Also a windage tray helps alot with these strokers. Buy a stronger timing chain set with hardened cam gear. Also the stock valve covers won't work with roller rockers cause of the baffle.
