I have a 66 with a "sagging" drivers door. Should I purchase replacement latches or purchase the rebuild kits? Any advice would be appreciated. Larry B. |

Sounds like you might want to do a close investigation. Is it a convertible? Could it be the floors causing it - because fixing the door alignment would only be cosmetic. Is is possibly that the hinge position has moved - it is adjustable. If you are sure that the car is still square and sound, then I'd reccommend a hinge kit. Especially if you can lift the door up and it moves within the hinge. |
