Do you guys have any expereince with these? I've got one in Evelyn and I need to replace it. When I replaced the thermostat housing to fix the small leak of coolant I also took apart the filter to clean it out. The clear plexi cracked and now is in a suspect state, it either needs to be replaced or taken out and a new hose installed.
Are there other products similar to this that does the same thing? The problem I have with this particular item is that you have to empty about 1/3 of the total coolant just to get the filter out if it needs to be cleaned.
