Changing a 05-07 fog light bulb. Just reach up under the bumper where the fog light is. You'll feel the rubber plug, just twist and remove the plug from the housing. Check for condensation in the housing before you put your new bulb in. If there is condensation, you are going to have to remove the housing, dry it up real well and let it sit for a while. Afterward put some silicone sealant around the outer rim where the glass and plastic meet to keep any more moisture from building up in there. There should be a wire clip that you can swing aside that holds the bulb in place, but you have to remove the lens and bulb assembly from the fog light housing to get to it.
