Bel Air Parade Information: Parade Step off is at 6:00 pm. Staging: We will be meeting prior to parade staging in the Harford Mall parking lot behind Macy's. This will give us a better chance of staying together. We will leave Macy's at 5:00 pm. (tentative) The parade theme for 2014: "200 Star Spangled Years" "Cars must be decorated."
