Hello all,
I have some information on the 3 parades that the club will be participating in this year for the 4th of July weekend. I would like to get an idea of how many cars might be interested as I begin to fill out the application for each of the events.
If you see a parade listed below that you are interested in, please post which parade you would like as well as the vehicle you will be riding in.
I will post more specifics as the events grows closer.
**Please not below that it is NOT possible to drive in both the Kingsville and Dundalk parade. Time will only allow for one parade that day.**
Dundalk Parade
Saturday July 3rd, begins at 8:15 am
Starts at Logan Village Shopping Center
**We are in section
White 1-21
We are to meet and line up
no late than 7:15 am at Logan Village Shopping Center Parking Lot which is right off Dundalk Ave. You can take 695 toward Essex, get off at Merritt Blvd. Make a right onto Holabird Ave and and then a left onto Dundalk Ave. Drive down Dundalk Ave and you will eventually see the hoopla.
Kingsville Parade
Saturday July 3rd, begins at 10:45 am
**Assemble and receive line up number at St. Stephens Church parking lot on Bradshaw Road.
Please be here by 9:30 am.
Since there are some road closures, this is the route they recommend: Right on Goettner Rd. off Belair Rd. @ Kingsville Plaza to (left) Cedar Lane. Right on Bradshaw, right to Bellvue, right @ Fire Hall.
I will not be in this parade but we have a few members who go yearly who are pros.
Bel Air Parade
Sunday July 4th, 6pm
**We are in
Staging Area A.
Actual staging point is on Bond St. Since Bond St is normally one way southbound, we are staged facing north to the start point, you cannot enter Bond Street until it is closed at 4:00 pm. At that point, please enter Bond Street either from Lee Street or Alice Anne Street; Here is a link to view the map:

I will have the vehicle passes for the event. We can arrive
between 4 and 5:30 pm for line up. But this is a
First In First Out Parade, the earlier we arrive, the better spot we get, the quicker we get out. (Let's get there before the Corvette Club!)

Thanks!!
