Thanks for everyone who came out and congrads to everyone who won a throphy. good turnout. i think we do need to add some sunblock to the door prizes list. yep sunburnt here too. Deb looks like a racoon lol. but i'm glad the (R) stayed away. just very windy. Food was great also. Thanks everyone and the Pres for lining the food up.

I am sorry I missed it. I would have liked to have stopped by and hung with the crew. But my wife and kids needed my assistance. I am glad you guys enjoyed your day. |

I am sorry that I missed this event too but since my car was still at Maaco awaiting some final buffing I would not have been able to show the car anyway. My brother and I went to Carlisle for the Style & Performance show where he had his 97' Mitsubishi Eclipse entered. His car looked good with a new shiny black paint job and a highly detailed engine compartment. The judges were really impressed with his engine detailing but his car looks stock and the judges were looking for highly modified cars. The wind was so bad that it destroyed my 10x10 canopy! We had anchored it down with tent pegs but the wind twisted the aluminum legs and ripped them apart! The announcer at Carlisle asked everyone to take down their canopies as they were blowing everywhere including into show cars!
