Well, I got down there early to help and noticed after I got there that I forgot my camera. Duh...
Great show with lots of vintage Mustangs and plenty of late Stangs too.
BUT there was a 1969 BOSS 429 that was black on black that was ...well perfect. I mean I don't care what you're into this car was to die for.
Everything was exceptional. The body work was as good as anything I've ever seen on any car. Every inspection mark and decal. The underneath of the car was emaculate. It had a stance and presentation that we all love about Muscle cars. This car alone was definitely worth the trip. The guy that owned it had yet another one at the show same year in a light shade of burgundy/red that was real nice too.
Absolutely some real fine examples of early pony cars, late model Mustangs, and I'd say at least 4 1968-69 Mercury Cougars. There were a few Galaxie 500's, a mid fifties Victoria, and few other marques that were sure nice to check out.
Great day -and after all that, I still love my car................
