I have just registered for this Car Show and was surprised at the 5 page registration process which included 3 pages of judging rules.
There will be 39 classes being judged with 3 winners per class. The judging seems very strict and thorough.
There are points for interior, exterior, and engine compartment categories. Anyone not willing to open their hood to show their engine will have a 10 point deduction.
I'm looking forward to seeing how my 2002 Mustang fares under these strict judging standards. As a daily driver I have to keep up my appearance all the time.
Last weekend I participated in the Reese Volunteer Fire Department's Annual Car Show and enjoyed the entire experience. My car looked great and I met a lot of nice people including several Mustang owners.
