Congratulations on obtaining your new Nikon D3200 DSLR. It is a great camera and has a lot of features including video. I wanted to buy one myself last year in July after me and my Nikon D40 took a swim in my neighbors swimming pool! I loved my D40 and had shot several weddings, hundreds of photos for MCOM, hundreds of photos for my model train hobby including a CD's worth of photos that turned into a 7 page feature article in O Gauge Railroading Magazine where they featured my train layout. After the swimming pool adventure where I ruined both my Nikon D40 and Nikon 55-200mm lens, I needed to replace both. I was set to buy the Nikon D3200 but could not afford the camera and a new 55-200mm lens. I bought my Nikon D40 at Service Photo in Baltimore as they cater to professional photographers. I could afford however to purchase a Nikon D60 and a 55-200mm lens and could not be happier! ![]() If you've seen any of the photos that I've taken at club events than you can see the quality of pictures this camera delivers. It has everything the D3200 has except video. I still will buy a D3200 body somewhere down the road as all of my Nikon lenses will work with that camera. Anyway, I would suggest to you to buy a Nikon School Video on how to use your new camera as it will help you understand and use the many features of this great camera. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your photos with this camera. Midnight Blue MCOM Treasurer-Historian |

I have never heard of Nikon School videos. Where did you find them? I'd like to see how to use the more advanced features on my Nikon. |
