Glad to hear that your situation is improving Ryan. Coming back from serious injuries is a slow process so don't try to rush things.

Well update, been a month. Finally able to move around a bit, off Vicodin and just relying on OTC pain meds. Seeing a Chiropractor every other day and it is seriously helping. Before meeting with him I spent 90% of my day laying still because everything hurt too bad to move. Now I am much more mobile. Hopefully by next weekend I'll be even better. I'd actually like to get back to work. |

thanks man, definitely taking it very slowly. Ended up having a ruptured L5/S1 disc. So they take about 4-8 weeks to heel, I'm getting into week 5 now so I probably still have 2 more weeks or so. |

Sounds like you need a Hot Tub Ryan. i know whats its like to have back problems . mine are here to stay. and remember i'm any OLD man lol. glad your feeling better. Have to get better by the Century Ford Show. |
