Yeah Nick I don't think today is going to be a fun moving day. My snow blower quit on me so I have to do my long driveway by hand. Not fun. |

I dug out TWICE during the storm to get ahead of the game for digging out tomorrow. I measured 12" the first dig out at 11am, then another 12" at 3pm, just a few hours later. That was insane--I couldn't believe the second reading!! My guess there is another 4" sitting out there now, so it shouldn't be bad. But I think it's Expedition driving only for the next day or two unless they plow the neigborhood... John |

Luckily got the snowblower working for the final dig out! I'm sure we got over two feet and with drifting it was 3' to 4' in some areas. |

Successfully completed the move today 1 day after the blizzard (Bensalem PA to Malvern PA). This was a lot of fun to do without plowing :D Leaving my house: This was not. Backed into their new un-plowed, single car wide driveway off a 2 lane road with no shoulders. While driving there I was cruising up a still partially snow covered route 10 in PA (because of huge drifts from all the open farm country) and a cop comes up behind me out of nowhere with his lights flashing. I was thinking ohh crap here it comes big fat ticket because of some silly snow emergency and me out with a 24 foot tag along; so I pulled over as far as I could and he drove right by without giving me a second look so I didn't even get a chance to use my "but the trailer has all season radials on it" line that I had prepared :D |

We live in a Court or Cul de Sac. Up until a couple of years ago we had a neighbor who was a volunteer Fireman and who worked for the county's 911 emergency service. We always had Baltimore County snow plows do our street almost immediately during and after a snowstorm. Now that he has retired and moved to Florida we did not see a snowplow until Sunday at 2pm! The Mustang sat in the driveway but we were able to use the Mercury Mariner to go to the store for some groceries. Midnight Blue
