Sunday's O'Reilly Mid-South Nationals at Memphis Motorsports Park was postponed by day-long rain. NHRA will attempt to run final eliminations Monday. Stay tuned, I'll finish the post when the races are finished.
Larry Dixon (Top Fuel), (RFC) Robert Hight (Funny Car), (RFC) Mike Edwards (Pro Stock) and (RFC) Hector Arana (Pro Stock Motorcycle) claimed No. 1 qualifying spots. Jack Beckman qualified No. 2 in the Valvoline/MTS Dodge Charger Funny Car. (RFC) Ron Krisher qualified fifth in the Valvoline Chevrolet Cobalt Pro Stock car.
